I have a new laptop that works fine with my Microsoft account. I would like to add other users in my home and have tried adding a second user via family account and local account and in both cases when we try to login with their info it automatically logs them out. If I set them to administrator status it will log them in but then they can't click anything including the Start menu.

Yes No. Sorry this didn't help. Thanks for your feedback. I have tried setting it up using an email, without an email and also as an administrator account which is the only one that will let me login but won't let me do anything. I have tried this multiple times with no luck.
